What are firms’ investing in their marketing and what activities are they doing?
What are the biggest opportunities and challenges facing firms?
How have firms fared over the last 12 months and what is their outlook looking forward?
These are just some of the questions that we asked in the Conscious Solutions sponsored LFMC Professional Services Marketing Survey (PSMS) 2023.
We received 114 responses – 101 from laws firms and 13 from accountancy firms. Responses were from firms of differing sizes and from people holding different roles within firms – leaders and marketers/BDers.
With such a great response, combined with the research we conducted over the past 2 years, it means we have a very good understanding of the trends and activities that exist in professional services marketing.
