Law Firm Marketing Club Prepares to Conduct the "What Clients Want 2024" Research in Collaboration with Anna Lake Insight

The Law Firm Marketing Club (LFMC) is excited to announce the upcoming "What Clients Want 2024" research study, marking the fifth anniversary of this pivotal series into client needs and expectations within the UK legal sector. This milestone edition, produced in partnership with Anna Lake Insight, will offer groundbreaking insights into client feedback and preferences.


As the legal market continues to evolve, understanding client expectations is more critical than ever. The 2024 edition of the "What Clients Want" research will build upon previous findings with an enhanced focus on client feedback mechanisms and the factors influencing their choice of law firm. This year’s research will explore key areas such as client feedback, sustainability, and communication preferences in client decision-making.


Key areas of focus for the 2024 research include:

  • An in-depth look at how clients provide and use feedback, and the implications for law firms.

  • Exploration of how clients choose their legal representatives, including views on sustainability and D&I.

  • Expert advice from LFMC and Anna Lake Insight on leveraging feedback to enhance client engagement and retention.
