CY Training Works was established in 2021 by Clare Yates. Clare began her career in the property industry in the 1990s as a part-time weekend receptionist in a local estate agent.
Her passion for sales has taken Clare from estate agency to new-build sales, holiday cottages, panel management, and of course, training!
She has personally visited over 300 law firms and 2,500 estate agency branches throughout England & Wales.
Clare is a freelance trainer and business consultant with extensive experience in the residential property industry. She specialises in areas such as new business generation, growth, and performance. Clare has worked in various sectors within the industry, including insurance, estate agency, lettings, financial services, panel management, business development, account management, and training.
Clare shares her wealth of experience through tailored training and consultancy services primarily focused on residential estate agencies, law firms, and other property-related businesses. Her client list is extensive, including prominent law firms and independent estate agents in England and Wales.
Additionally, Clare has a significant presence within the property industry, serving as a seasoned judge for prestigious property awards like the Sunday Times Estate Agency of the Year Awards, Negotiator Awards, and Law Firm Services Conveyancing Awards. She's also a speaker at various national industry events.
Clare serves on the committee for Women in Estate Agency and Women in Residential Property, with the desire to support and inspire others in their career journey.
Clare helps LMFC members to convert their new business enquiries into instructions, create a great customer experience and turn difficult people into advocates.
